I talked about the Brazilian scene with Baltasar Garzón

Translated from the original.

I have been a friend of Baltasar Garzón for more than 20 years. On 23/10, I was at his office in Madrid. We talked about the Brazilian scene. And I told him that I will cast my vote and place my trust here in Brazil in Jair Bolsonaro. I explained that he is a democratic candidate who deserves the trust of the Brazilian people.

Baltasar even signed a manifesto in favor of former president Lula. The beauty of friendships will always be the respect for disagreements. But I was also able to point out that Lula was tried, from my point of view, by an independent and impartial Judiciary. There was no coup in Brazil.

In Rio de Janeiro, I hope for the victory of Wilson Witzel, a former federal judge, my law-firm partner, an upright and honest person. He has been suffering a series of sordid attacks in the media and on social networks.

In Rio Grande do Sul, where I vote, both candidates are highly qualified. Either option will be good for our state.
